Decal Machine is fantastic for quickly adding additional details to your mesh without the need for modeling. With built-in parallax mapping, the decals contain a 3-dimensional look making it hard to distinguish the difference between an actual model and a decal.

Ryuu and I personally use this material pack to quickly texture our models in 1 click. In addition to a nice material finish, these materials have realistic PBR-properties giving your models that natural feel.
We'd recommend picking up this pack for texturing your models and giving them that realistic look (and yes - it works with Cycles).
